The Diocese of Cochin is one of the twenty-four dioceses of the Church of South India (CSI), a united Protestant denomination bringing together Anglican, Methodist, Presbyterian and Congregational traditions in one church.Our parishes serve congregations across Ernakulam and Thrissur districts, with churches also in Palakkad and Idukki and a Malayalam congregation in Mysore. The diocesan cathedral is CSI Immanuel Cathedral, Broadway, Ernakulam.The diocese is led by the Bishop of Cochin, the Rt. Rev. Kurian Peter, shepherding clergy and laity in worship, witness and service — proclaiming the Gospel through Word and Sacrament, pastoral care, education and compassionate outreach to our communities.
